Excellent service by the Colindale post office staff. I have been using them daily since April 2020 for my small business to send packages for my customers.
The staffs are really helpful, friendly and patient with the customers and help in every way they could in these Covid times.
The post office manager is excellent and I like to give thanks to him for helping me every day since April to send my parcels.
They are very knowledgeable about the post office services and products and always offers the best options for the customer.
In my opinion this post office could do with an upgrade.
Small post office, but does all the operations post office provides. And most of the items you can find here. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Had a quick, but with a very little wait visit.

Very helpful, thorough and friendly staff
I must say that this is one of the best post offices in NW London and trust me - I have used many. The staff is always PROFESSIONAL, POLITE AND SUPER HELPFUL. I am always provided with superb customer service, especially from two gentleman working tirelessly as they always try to do their best. Even my friend who lives in Stanmore comes all the way to Colindale Avenue Post Office as he prefers this branch. BRILLIANT!
