Arrived and were a bit confused as to where our pitch was as the reception was closed (7pm) but found easily after ringing the yellow phone. Showers were nice and very clean. Good views and access to country meant that walks and cycle rides were good. Also close to a big Tesco extra shop.
Superb stay. I have lived in the UK in east London for 21 years and I don't believe that this place has been so close to home. A beautiful, clean, comfortable, relaxing place. What a nice, clean place.
Overall a good site ,location,transport,quiet just toilet,shower cleanliness let it down not cleaned enough in these Covid times
Good facilities with good social distancing and sanitisers. Lovely surrounding area
Stayed for 4 nights in February 2020. Had a very warm welcome at reception on arrival. Facilities and site information were well explained.
Toilets and shower blocks were very warm and super clean.
Free wifi is offered but was very slow. Mobile phone signal is excellent.
Getting into London very easy by bus and train. Bus stop is right outside campsite. Reception were very helpful and explained everything and even supplied a map.
Overall excellent stay and will definitely return.
