If you want to get treated like your money is not wanted then go here! Unbelievable rude and bad service! Went to use the post office and got greeted with a huff, started serving me and then because i wasn't "quick enough" to put my second parcel on the scales left me to serve another customer who was buying a fizzy drink, when I said that was rude of him he said "you wasn't going to buy anything anyway!" I said I can't believe you speak to customers like that and he said "you can dish it out but can't take it!" I never experienced anything like this esp as I had a young child with me. Would not recommend.

There’s literally nothing I can say that describes the lengths I would go to avoid this shop. First impressions go a long way... when the sign fell off the front of the shop I honestly felt bad for them. That was 5 years ago. Honestly I wonder if it’s just the fact that the Post Office is embarrassed to see their name hang over such a dearth of customer service. I could complain about the literal dirt which plagues this store, or perhaps the lack of in-date food, but let’s focus on what we all care about; the customer service. I thought this segment would be longer, but the short answer is... there isn’t any! I’ve met one armed bricklayers who are more suited to their jobs than the owner of this joint. Honestly, if you really hate posting parcels so much... don’t open a post office!!!

Rude. Refused to accept packages even though the post office was open for another 30 mins. Told me to comeback on Monday. Great advice during covid.

Website states this post office is open until 1pm. I get there at 12.11pm to be told that the post office closed at 12.30pm, when i told him that it wasn't 12.30pm yet and the website states 1pm he became very aggressive and shouting!! When I asked him to stop shouting at me as there was absolutely no reason too he calmed down and stated that he could not take my parcel despite the times being wrong on the websites because the collection had already been done and they were not allowed to hold parcels until the next collection on Monday. That I understand but the inconvenience of getting there way before the advertised close time and to be confronted by a completely rude and confrontational gentleman is not acceptable. Shame on you.

If I could choose -10 stars I would. The shop owner is genuinely the rudest person I have ever encountered. No hello, no please sign here, just shoved a receipt at me and when I confronted him about his rudeness, he told me that if I "had any education I would know what to do" (whatever that means?!) and proceeded to shout at and berate me as I left the shop. Absolutely despicable. I will NEVER use this bombsite of a shop again and I encourage everyone to avoid it at all costs.
