This is a good example of lions being led by donkeys.The post office branch is on a very busy high street, however I'm yet to see it being adequately staffed. The poor people working there have absurd workloads and the management can't hire more people.Come on.

It used to be a great PO, but now it looks sad and outdated and I'm wondering how long it will survive...I always have to queue quite long unless I come right before opening and even then self-checkout machines are turned off. There's never enough staff at the counter, however they are polite and professional

Never enough people serving. Not even on a Saturday afternoon or when everyone leaves work. The busiest times. Always have to wait for about 40 mins. Awful.
