Really inefficient. Wanted to send a small package international. You have to buy the envelope first from the retail counter, but the lady there doesn’t know which envelopes are for international, so you have to queue at the post office counter to ask, the go back to retail counter to purchase the envelope and then queue back into the post office line again to buy the stamp. Really stupid
