I gave 1 star because I couldn't give 1/4. The staff are extremely slow which causes a long queue to form. The level of service is shocking! I would only recommend coming here if you have time to waste and unlimited parking
Would recommend finding a different post office in the area if you need to be on the go quickly. Usual queuing times for me have been 30-45 minutes if visiting around 2pm in afternoon. They have only had one counter serving inside the wh smiths and of course people are limited anyway due to covid. Convenient location but taking a bit too long at the moment.
Very helpfull staff and Shaun was so friendly and helpfull in renewal of my driving licence during these difficult times. Thank you all
Awful experience. Incredibly rude lady who works here, I’ve had two experiences with her now and the risk of having to speak to her again means I won’t be returning. She’s really quite horrible. My recommendation is to avoid it to be honest go to one of the smaller in-shop counters like the one at Kelsey park or up to Bromley.
The woman who runs the queue here is SO RUDE. She is honestly just power hungry and takes her job way too seriously. They are always understaffed with just one man on the post office and a queue all the way down the road. I hate going here but it’s the only one in beckenham.
