I use this post office fairly regularly and have always found them to be efficient and helpful. Some other reviews state the staff are rude but I have only ever found the opposite, including in the shop. Yes they aren’t chatty but to be honest I’m not there for that, I’m there to be served quickly!

A friendly and prompt service. Just watch out they don't seem to sell envelopes, only a few packing boxes. Very good.

I would give no stars if I had the choice. Horrible service, they don't give any respect to anyone, just pure rude people especially the old geezer who works there. They need to self reflect on their service.

I was very disappointed with the service on the 31/12/20 at about 12:45 PM went to pay a bill my payment was included coins the post office attendant told me that he can’t take the coins I must take them to charity . So I asked him why he said they no longer taking coins . I ask him so you are not taking coins but you are giving me coins . why is this happing ? Is any one else experiencing this problem at Torrindon Road Post Office in Catford SE6? He didn’t say because of pandemic or anything he just told me to bring my coins to charity and I am not wealth as he is because him own a lot of houses on that same road.

Old men are extremely rude, like what everyone else is saying. I thought I was the only person to experience their poor manners and bad service. They have been like this for over 10 years now. They’re disgusting and I try to use the shop as little as possible. They need new staff, they’re rude. Even the one of young guy is tempered. But the old men need TO GO!
