For Years we have used this friendly lovely post office... with great customer service... I call the man behind the counter Smileler because he always welcomes you with a smile, as does he wife.... lovely, lovely people... how shops should be Great customer service always

The man and the woman who serves at this post office was very unhelpful and unprofessional. I came to send off my passport for renewal and because I have rejected the check and send options, they became very unhelpful, refusing to give information and both of them started shouting at me. They also was arguing with me in front of other customers. They even refused to tell me where I can get the envelope... in the end he just threw me back my documents and leave his desk. I went to Lewisham post office the next day, I explained my experience on Bellingham and they said they should not be forcing me do the check and send for passport. It is an option and they should be more professional in giving simple information for free. My passport was send via the Lewisham post office without no stress and the girl gave me all the information I needed without I having to use thecheck and send option. I will now go ahead and give Lewisham post office a big 5star.

Jeya and her husband run this Post Office and are fantastic in not only doing and knowing about there job but also very kind and friendly at all times.Even in this tough time Jeya and her husband have said that they want to give something back to the community that have supported them for 20 years. Amazing and Truly honerable Couple.
