Extremely rude, shouted at me across the store, falsly accused me of lying. One member of staff obviously requires some sort of customer service training. Tip for manager--don't employ staff with anger management issues. Avoid at all costs unless there are no other Post Offices in the area. Which there are. Try Smiths in Beckenham---they are nicer people. Unfortunately no zero star rating available or Brandons would certainly be awarded it.

I like these guys. They've always been very polite and professional with me, and clearly take a pride in what they do (which appears to have irked some people). There is only one post office "window" so longer queries can create a queue.

This place would make an interesting ' fly on the wall ' documentary. The main clerk gets 5 stars for being a control freak. Awful.

Having changed postoffice due to COVID, the team here have always been polite, friendly and efficient in the current climate, very impressed
