Really doesn’t even deserve one star. Waited for this branch at Catford to open in the cold. Arrived at 8.45, time came and went and then as I started to walk away at 9.20 the doors opened and I’d lost my place in the queue! It’s a shambles and they should have their franchise removed. And just for the record this is real review and not made up as they are claiming about all their other reviews. Now on my way to Lewisham post office and hope the service is much better there.

I sent a package to my sister in Mauritius a month ago. Yes it was untrqcked. The lady at the till told me it would take 7-10days to get there. One month on and she STILL hasn't received it. Just read the reviews after sending and sadly seen that there are a lot of complaints including people's packages never reaching the destination. This DEFINITELY will be the 1st and last time I'll send anything through this post office or untracked.

Very grateful for the assistance by post office staff when I sent my diving licence renewal form recently. The application was sucessful. Very knowledgeable staff and I have always found them helpful. The shop is like a mini-market, well stocked and looks clean and tidy.

When you Google 'Catford post office' this is your first option, and says that will close at 8pm... Well that's not right! The post office closes at 5pm.... When you suggest that perhaps they should change that, they respond in very bad manners that y'ou can see on the door it says 5pm' the shop is open till 8. I call that misleading information.
