just went to buy an envelope and to be told quite aggressively by the guy behind the counter there is a queueing system outside which is laughable due to no markers outside and there were people standing by the phone box waiting to come in. But I'm 100% happy to queue and wait my turn as I know first hand that covid is no joke so pls instead of being rude with a serious attitude make it clear for people to line up outside 2m appart not all spread out all over the place . And I'm not the first to mention the attitude of the staff here

I recently started offering a mail order service from my small business. I have tried every post office within a 2 mile radius, and this one is by far the best! They helped me set up drop & go, and made sure I have lots of happy customers by sending my parcels out on time even when I’m running very late. Obviously all post offices have a small queue at busy times of year, but this one manages that very well. Super friendly staff, I cannot recommend them more!

For my basic posting needs, all is good! Staff are always very kind and efficient, and, waiting time is very reasonable. Usually there's no queue.

Once again appalling service. Staff have no idea on customer service, they are rude to customers by talking down to them or answering the phone whilst in the middle of serving a customer. The shop is very empty with products, don't supply a reasonable amount of foreign money. Myself and family have lived in the area for over 30years and have had enough with this post office. The best advice i can give is to go to another post office. I hope this one closes down and replaced with a more useful and welcoming shop.
