Royal Mail didn't even bother delivering my Amazon package, no card was left and I was home at the time they 'attempted' delivery. I then made the effort to go to the Lewisham depot only to find out they're only open between 8am-10am during lockdown. Why can't they publish these hours on their website which is still saying they are open until 5pm or later. What a waste of time and really poor form Royal Mail. You're not helping to build any kind of trust in your services.
Royal Mail normally run a smooth service but They have changed the opening and closing times due to the current lockdown and I have suggested an edit and google has accepted it now. I would still upload a photograph of the times.
Along with the Blink and youd miss it hour a day theyve been open (they're stretching back into regular hours almost now) theyve now decided they do not accept cash anymore over the counter. FYI for those of you who maybe like me only took cash down to pay.
Oh you're too generous for us customers. Do opening hours 8:00-9:00! Should I quit my job to collect a letter??? This is a joke!
Total mess with the working time!!! In the royal mail website it says open today, but it is closed! There is a sign on the door which says completely closed on Wednesdays and open 8-10 AM only on other days...
