The staff try to be nice and there was no queue when I went which was a good start. But unfortunately the training is very bad in this branch. There is very little awareness of the products offered by the Post Office and when they finally realise what you are talking about they tell you you are wrong despite having educated yourself about the process online. I had to go to another branch half a mile away where I had no hassle whatsoever.

Lots of negative reviews on here. However in my case I'm safe to say that the young lady with very long and pretty finger nails served me today. She was very professional and polite. I had bad experience at another post office and I explained my situation to her, she listened and gave good advice. I wish I knew her name but she had lovely nails and her customer service was superb.

Has to be the most useless, incapable, slow and poor excuse for a Post Office in all of London. Avoid if you can at all costs. Lines get longer - staff get slower. The vast majority (not all) are so unhelpful and useless. It doesn’t matter what day of the week or what time, always lines of people waiting, and slow, incompetent staff gruffly there to ‘assist’ 🙄

There is always a long queue and the self service machines are usually not working. This is a very very understaffed post office and you do lose the will to live as you wait in a queue for such a long time - even for the simplest things.

I read the reviews and was skeptical, unsure on how long the queue was going to be preparing for the worst.. I got into the shop all to find it empty with helpful staff. Good job.
