We were lucky to find this local company yesterday after being let down by an app which I shall not name. We were coming back from a concert yesterday from Wembley Arena, this company is very precise, polite and convenient. Our driver Ahmed was excellent, very polite and patient and really went the extra mile. We had our sister with us who uses a wheelchair and he was extremely helpful with her also. Definitely an asset to the company. Many thanks.

The 10 mins for me not 40 mins and 1 hour waiting time .... dont lie on the phone when you dont have free cars.... by we by there shortly...

Absolutely amazing! I was let down by the so called app "mini cabit" which claim they offer the cheapest price! I called Angel cars as i was in a hurry they sent a driver within 5 minutes sent me a tracker and even called me when the driver arrived! Guess what? Even 10 pounds cheaper than all the quotes i already had online! Angel cars saved my day to reach my flight and i would highly recommend them!

Few weeks ago, booked a cab (a day before) to go the hospital, the driver 30mins late from the time I booked and operator was giving false information and driver was rude. Appalling service.

I have used this cab service for years and it used to be fantastic. Recently it seems to have employed ignorant and incompetent drivers and staff. The young guy behind the desk is still excellent but the majority of their drivers and staff are money grabbing ignorant men. Such a shame that it’s gone so downhill since the old man is never around anymore. That was a time when they cared about their customers. Now the drivers are lazy, unhelpful and cannot do basic car manoeuvres.
