Good local taxi firm with drivers that have knowledge of the area and did not overcharge. Been using them for a while and would definitely recommend them.
A company that I use regularly. I lost my glasses this week, retraced my steps and phoned on the vague off -chance that I’d left them in a cab. Luckily, I had. The controller in the office was very polite when I phoned to enquire and I retrieved them safely.
Cannot recommend.
I made an advance booking to local train station which was confirmed. It did not arrive.
10 minutes after it was due I phoned & was told they had made a mistake with the time, but a taxi would be there in 5 or 6 minutes.
15 mins later I phoned again & they would not answer - apparently they do this when caller display identifies the caller and they don't want to talk to you.
Phoned back several more times and eventually taxi did arrive, but it was so late that I missed my train, despite allowing 40 minutes for a 15 minute journey.
The car itself was clean and the driving good, but I'll use another company in future.
Called day before for an early morning journey to Gatwick airport. Excellent customer service received text confirming time.On the morning received another text to say driver was on his way and gave us registration number.
Poor customer service- I had placed a simple request of pick up and drop off of an elderly relative.
After recommendation from the said relative, the driver was very rude amd aggressive to me and threw the belongings on the ground (which had fragile goods).
Hence poor rating.
I would never recommend this company nor the drivers to any client/customer.
