I regularly go to this post office. The girls there are friendly and doing great job. But waiting time always long. They need to put more staff to cut the queue. If they reduce the waiting time I would give a five star.

I don't know why they are having a bad reviews. Honestly I live in Norbury and our local Post Office is nightmare... I visited The Pond post office many times and every time I received professional service. Special on the lockdown they still manage to be kind and they handled everything in the right way. Thank you

Both girls are so rude. They don't care what customer service is. Made me feel really upset when I left. I will be complaining.
