Unless you're willing to give up an hour of your time queuing in the rain, this is definitely one to avoid. The servers are all rude apart from the older gentleman and nobody takes it seriously - not even management. You'll be lucky if there's more than 2 staff on. I can highly recommend as a substitute using Hermes at dhiyan news nextdoor, or if you must use royal mail the branches on moorland road or west Wickham.

This is the worst post office ever- the rudest staff I’ve ever come across. In fairness the two gentlemen that works there are very helpful BUT THE LADIES ARE SO VERY RUDE!

ATTENTION PLEASE!! Post Office LTD must replace manager of this branch and employ new staff. Poorest customer service!!! Please do something about it!

The staff are always helpful and friendly, there are very often long queues so I would advise planning at least 20 mins for your visit.
