Long queue told to wait outside ao shipping customers can come in. One person manning the post office 20mins and not moved. Like this all the time. Always a single point of failure ; 4 windows never fully manned....

The two women that work in this post office haven’t a clue about customer services. They won’t greet you or use any sort of manners. Usually only one person on at a time and even then they’ll be sorting out other things whilst just looking at everyone waiting to be served. Wait time are always very long, usually 20-30 minutes just to be served.

Worst service ever. Had to send a response to DVLA. Just a miserable letter. The gorgeous staff lady asked me to buy an envelope somewhere else. It was 13:00h. When I came back half an hour later, the same lady decided to close the office. 4 hours earlier than the schedule time. She is just a horrible woman that make babies cry as in a terror movie...

I just came to this post office to renew my international driving licence. I waited in queue like everybody els and when my time came I was told the Int licence cannot be renewed but I need to go through application process again. I said ok, fine, let’s do it again. I had the all necessary docs on me. However, I was told by post office worker that he cannot do it now because it takes a lot of time. I was like ‘excuse me what do you mean and what takes a lot of time (last time it took them 10 mins to do it) as I am here and I need to have it done. He continued saying he does not want to do it and to come back in the morning when there are more people at the counters. I said to him that I do not have time to again come for something that can be done right now, and he said ‘it is not my problem’. So his problem is not that he is too lazy to do it now and his problem is not that I again have to make my way to the post office because of his laziness. Anyway, the point is that nobody can do anything to this post office worker. It does not matter how much we customers complain, nobody will do anything about it and he will continue to refuse to do things according to his job description for customers who patiently wait in the queue.
