Took me weeks to arrange collecting my parcel a few weeks back. Times on the red card posted though my door were completely in correct. Not helpful at all. Impossible to get through to anyone over the phone too.
ALWAYS HAVE PROBLEMS WHEN USING ROYAL MAIL WALLINGTON WHEN TRYING TO SEND THING OFF! WORST SERVICE AND IT TAKES THEM UP TO 2 WEEKS TO COMPLETE A DELIVERY. I NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ANY OTHER ROYA MAIL EXPECT FOR THIS BRANCH! PLEASE AVOID- THEY ARE USLESS AND I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN
It's a total joke only bring open between 7am and 10am pathetic!!! When are people meant to get their mail/psrcels etc..... You can do better. Treating your customers like this is a total joke!!!!
Since October last year my parcels not all but most are constantly being delivered elsewhere its cost me 1000s can never contact them either so next time silly bollox comes I'm holding him hostage
