All though they where unlabelled to solve my problem with ID verification , I was very pleased with the service of advice. where to go in my issue and staff where very helpful in explaining what I need to do after. The products at the shop /post office are good quality and do recommend.

I've never had any problems at this post office. I send quite a few international items. I have always found the younger staff I deal with very pleasant. Also took an expired passport there, they took a new photo & sent everything off & I had a new passport arrive one week later.

Had to get some cash transferred to my bank account, it was done in minutes. The guys in there were really helpful as I didn’t know anything about it.completely took all my stress away. You were Brilliant guys thank you !!!!

I don't have words to explain how bad the customer service is. Because of businesses like this people are struggling. Personal advise, if you do know know how to manage this office give it up to someone who can. Post Office should be alarmed about they way these people representing the brand. All male that work there are disgrace, guys better find something that you are good at. If someone is going there, you better be prepared.

I have experience with posting items. Every time I need to go to this post office I feel that is my first time posting anything... They make ful of me, I feel very uncomfortable to go there. The place is not even clean. One of the men I cannot call him a gentleman working there I believe he has some kind of problem and I feel sorry about him. He is always trying to say something unnecessary and in a way offensive. I do not understand how they manage to upset so many people for such a short time. We are there to post one or 2 items how they make us so mad. Very uncomfortable to go there. I hope Royal Mail will find a way to suspend this management and bring a new one... I don't know if the manager has some kind of agreement but this needs to stop.
