Rude, abrupt and always try to fleece you. Will never advise you on cheapest fees for your parcel, and always try to charge you for a more expensive service that you don’t need. Challenging them always works if they feel that you know what you are talking about. Not once not twice but everytime I post at their place. The only good thing about them is that they are nearest post office.

I called to ask for help regarding a parcel that was being sent to me by my Dad from Purley Post Office as I believed he had got my postcode wrong. (It had been left with them minutes before). When the phone was answered I could hear a lot of background shouting going on, as well as the person answering the phone shouting. Once this died down I tried to explain my reason for calling and the woman started shouting at me "No no" down the phone. With no further help I was then put on hold and left until I hung up. Very poor customer service!

The service here is a disgrace, they have typed in the wrong postcode in the systen and had the odacity to blame it on me! Not even an excuse, and apparently there is nothing you can do than to check on the spot if they did their job right. Why are we even paying you? Worst post office i've ever used! I wish i could give them minus stars!!!

Staff at this post office are so rude, unfriendly and have no customer service skills at all. I have made a complaint about them to royal mail, let's see if RM take action. I asked for a damaged item claim form as RM admitted to me themselves they damaged my item. The guy made a face when my back was turned. I really don't like going there but had no choice. They should all be sacked and replaced with people who are grateful to have a job. They seem to think they are royal by working in a post office.

Always a smiling and helpful service. It's a difficult thing to negotiate particularly in our current circumstances when people have shorter acceptance spans for queuing for everything, but hang in there and enjoy a smile and a chat when it's your turn. If there's someone belligerent in front of you try to be as kind as you can 😁
