I found this to be a great little post office. . . nice friendly service (smiles and all), but most importantly 'honest' service. I had a parcel to ship at another post office in Northborough Road Mitcham (by morleys) and that man always overcharged me time and time again... this lady brought this to my attention and charged me the correct rate.. and.. told me how to get my money back from the other thieving post office. Gotta love em!
A rude, sullen young woman "served" me as if I was ruining her day by providing business for the shop; particularly disappointing as I was glad to avoid her equally unfriendly-looking mother. WHY do people like these have customer-facing work?!? Many, better folk, have lost jobs in 2020... But as I left, I saw a queue had formed leading out of the shop...people need a postal service. But my custom goes elsewhere in future, for sure!
Good post office as any. Woman behind the counter was friendly. If the post office is not open you can send it from the front desk.
It is also a general store to get a few random things, mostly stationary and paper products. Handy location near several bus routes and Mitcham high street.
Good staff, they are doing their job correctly. I’ve been in this place several times and every time I received nice and quick service. Would recommend it.
I don't know why people saying as always been there no problem .
I use any counter in or outside job done.i am happy
