Unfortunately the personnel (lady to be more specific) are very rude. The young gent is professional and amicable which makes it easy and the other guy is okayish some days. There is no other post office around the area. If there were other choices, I would never go back to that store again.
The guy on the post office charged me for a small parcel instead of a large letter that supposed to be according to the royal mail my letter. I asked him twice and he said £3.10, I thought that I was mistaken but I just realized that I wasn't. He was also too rude to work in customer service 🙄
A few reviews have mentioned how rude the woman is who works here, and I have to say that is exactly my experience as well. Some customer service training would be very good for you I believe!
The service I received at post office counter was Delighted I really appreciated.
They didn't accept my prepaid parcel because of 20 grams .Will never use again .
