Rude and haven't put any covid regulations in place. They are not sharp and honestly the experience is not pleasant. It has gone down hill in the last 10 years.
horrible, they always seem to charge me for first class when i ask for second class even though i weight my items at home and check on royal mail website how much i should be approx charged
I’m regular at this post office, posting multiple times a week. They know me now so know how I like items sent. But I do agree with other reviews, if you don’t know how posting works, they will try to charge you the most expensive item.
One lady there is amazing, cannot fault her. However there’s a couple of others and an older man who do need a bit more training in my opinion. He has made mistakes on my proof of postage receipts before putting in the wrong postcode or something. But all in all, I haven’t had a bad experience there. They are sweet and always chat to my little one while she waits for me.
I've been given incorrect change here before at the PO counter. Luckily i noticed. Wonder how many people dont notice incorrect change and over charging. Recommend checking both if you go here.
The man who works here is extremely rude . He attempted to post a letter as a parcel, saying it doesn’t fit.Also check your receipt before leaving as they’ve made mistakes a few times and now go to amen corner and it’s alot better.
