That is very unfair, the staff are very accommodating. They are incredibly busy. Dont forget they are risking there health, so we can get our letters and parcels out. I have had nothing but good service. Sometimes the queue is past the shop next door.

Awful, slow service. Very long queues stretching on the pavement outside. Occasional, temporary staff not really interested in their job. Self-service machines out of use (red light) most of the time. There is nobody in charge taking responsibility for this catastrophically situation. We are fobbed off and dismissed as a nuisance rudely.

I have been to this branch several times. Most staff at this branch are nice and polite but it is true there are very small number of surprisingly rude staff (just 1). Sometimes they can be slow but they do what they are supposed to do and my experience is 95％ positive.
