Queued for 10 min to find out they didn’t have packages. Got my package and my Amazon return instructions printed and ready. Queued for second time around for another 10 min to have staff tell me I need to do all the work of buying tape and attaching the code on the package on my own. I fail to understand how with all the work being done by customers, do they take so long to attend to everyone. I’m actually just gonna go to a different office.
They are so unorganized! I don't think they even post parcels, either that or they have a thief working there. They lost 3 of my parcels, one of them containing something that was over £1,000!! and all royal mail will offer is refund for POSTAGE! Never ever going back there, better post offices elsewhere. They should shut this place down.
Always a bit (that’s being nice) of a queue. Staff are generally nice and helpful but you can see they are busy and just want to get the job done.
No improvement on pre-covid status. It's rubbish. Why are none of the machines ever working? People were oblivious to the need to keep a safe social distance. Perhaps 50% of the people in there wore masks 🎭
The place should be fined‼️
