Worst Post Office ever. Staff unorganized filling up machine whilst opening. Incompetent giving wrong information and do slow. Only 1 til open at 9am!

This is the post office having the worst staff, worked without a mask!!! mumbled all the time(she didnt answer at all just mumbling and I guess those are some bad words...), didnt respect thier customers at all. I just asked her to send my letter and it was really simple task. But Ive just got it from my home. What’s wrong with you? If dont want to work there just quit please! For people visiting there^^

Long queues due to the virus which is understandable but It take over an hour to 3 hours to get in. Only one staff is very helpful and quick helping with parcels (not sure if he even works there anymore), the rest expects that we all should know the process to send our items out. They are rude and patronising. There is also no security outside so drug addicts are in your face asking for change and people arguing. Back to the queues, you need to let the elderly in first! You can't have them waiting in the cold for hours to get in. Please review the process is clearly NOT working.

Queues for 20 minutes are standard even if there are only two people waiting. Avoid if you can. This place is seriously understaffed and to be honest, current staff doesn't seem to care much.

`Lazy people working at this branch - I reached there at 12;30 (Saturday) in order to get my licence renewed, there was hardly anyone there maybe 3/4 people being serve at the most and only one person behind me, the post office employee told me to come back on Monday that they were busy??? really but wait a minute there is only one person behind me in the queue and three people serving?? besides the website indicates this service as available and classed as Key service in their own website! , not impress, please post office don't employ lazy people!!!
