Always had a pleasant experience when I've visited. Staff are always friendly, helpful and offer tips on how I can reduce postage costs. Queue can be a bit long but fine if you avoid peak times.
Having to send an important letter, I went to the post office stressed, stressful and full of questions. Hitesh helped me complete this task with a lot of patience, answering all my questions and reassuring me. It wasn't the first time that this employee has helped me. He has always been very kind, professional and helpful. Thank you!
I have the fortune to go here most days during the week and I cannot fault any of the staff. They are all very personable and very helpful to me. Hard to believe anyone would leave this branch a negative review. I look forward to my PO visits and chatting with the knowledgable members of staff.
Staff are super friendly (esp Hitesh) and well informed on options (i regularly send packages overseas to friends and family). Sometimes there is a wait, but no more so than any other post office.
The team are all always really helpful. Hitesh is always patient and offers great customer service. Highly recommend!
