Always receive excellent service from the Royal Mail at the depot. Parcelforce and the RM are different companies altogether. You cannot compare the two. Our local postman is so lovely. Often enough PF mistakenly says no one is in and left a card stating the parcel is with the depot. In fact they left it with the post office up the road on the high street. Once, a lovely RM lady at the depot rang the high street post office so that they could wait for me to pick up the parcel before their closing time! Just make sure your sender use anyone else but PF.

They have new hours for collection office. They dropped off a notice availablr after 3 pm and I showed up and they were shut!

Usual, would give it 0 if possible. Inaccurate information, postie shoved a 'not in' note through the door, even though I was in and waiting at the time, added wrong date, opening times on card are wrong, so walked two miles (and back) to find the collection office was closed, despite being there 5-hours before closing. All because of being RM being too lazy/too stingy to invest in the service you pay for.

I paid for special next day delivery guaranteed. Driver rang the doorbell once and left immediately without delivering. A couple of hours later allegedly tried to redeliver but this time didn’t even bother to ring the bell. UNACCEPTABLE!
