Appalling experience and rude staff. I joined the queue as everyone did when I arrived. Just before I was served at the self-service counter, a middle aged female staff screamed from behind the counter at all of us that we should queue from the other side. Since I was the next one to be served, I walked to the front of the queue while she loudly scolded at me that I should join the queue. After I explained she shouted to direct me back to the self-service machines and roared again to ask me to stand behind the bench. She literally roared for two minutes and everyone looked at each other in blank dismay in the room. THERE IS NO NEED FOR DOING THIS! Who knows why she cannot come to open space to speak to us like a normal person!
Thought there would be a long, long queue. No chance! Swift service with only one staff lady. Thanks.
Not very helpful regarding returns ... One staff member was so arrogant and self righteous he almost choked on his fake service with a smile. Offensive and pretty funny behaviour overall.
Was quick considering all that's going on
Embarassing that nobody can be bothered to update opening hours on either Google Maps or postoffice.co.uk and that they're only open 2 hours a day without communicating to the public. Awful service. Waste of time.
