Many my buyers return my electronic item back and I didn`t understand why. But now I know why. Staff in Post Office shop damage all my items inside parcel box. When I give him, he never put inside post office parcel bag as normal people he just throw away like ball and of course my item inside parcel box will broke. He think this is ball game. Very poor service, I will complain about this guy...rubbish, I lost lot of money already, he broke my items

Awful customer service they always make you feel uncomfortable. Like every thing is a chore, also always close earlier than stated. I wish we could have a better local amenities shop than this, it would transform the area, huge demand for quality fresh ingredients around here. Items here often are past sell by date.

Closes early. I've been twice at around 6:45ish and nobody in sight when it states its closing time is 7:30pm online. Don't waste your time, go elsewhere.

Sign on the door claims it's open until 19:30, but 10 mins before that it was completely closed and dark.
