This is my local post office and I have had only positive experiences for the past few years. The staff are kind and friendly, at both the post office and shop counter. Yes it is busy and there can be long queues at times, as in any post office in London. So I'll pick a time when it's usually quiet.

1 STAR IS GENEROUS! EVERY TIME I HAVE BEEN IN HERE THEY SCAM YOU FOR MONEY !!! EVERY SINGLE TIME. LIE ABOUT PRICES & OVER SELL YOU THINGS YOU DIDNT WANT. AVOID THIS PLACE !!! EXTREMELY RUDE. Rude, dishonest crooks! The other negative reviews on here are correct. I was told there was no such thing as second class tracked postage, that’s a complete lie! I was then almost charged £11 for first class postage for a small parcel (laughable) I took my parcel and immediately walked out! I went to Caledonian road post office instead and they told me there is absolutely such thing as second class tracked postage and it cost me £4 I am sick to death of greedy crooks! Obviously pocketing money for themselves here by lying to their customers and making them pay extra, disgrace! If you cannot be polite working in a customer serving facing role, then don’t do it, simple as that! You are thieves and you should be reported!

Staff are often rude or dont even say anything to me, or try to make me pay more than necessary. The queue at times is very long due to the staff being lazy and slow. The shop is extremely outdated and the displays are shabby.

Disagree with the other reviews entirely. Its a shame I don’t live closer to this post office. Lovely kind staff at both the post office and shop counter. The post office itself is nice and quiet and relaxed. Maybe I was just lucky on the day that I came and the ‘rude staff’ were not there
