Very professional staff, quick and always happy to help. We are an everyday customer as we have a online business and account with Royal Mail nothing to complain. Thank you for providing us a good and quick service.

After visit today, I completely understand why this post office have so low rating. First of all 2 self-service machines were not in working condition where I was explained that they are out of use due to Covid! How strange is that in Post Office on Lower Regent's street they don't have such an issue and to speed up service self-service machines are in working order!!! Secondly when I was asked what is in the package to be posted, lady clearly with poor english knowledge didn't had a clue what CUFFLINKS are!!! Shocking. I'm gobsmacked and will not use their service again!

I can’t understand why its average score is so low. A post office with relatively quick customer service times and with very polite staff especially near the self checkouts. It is also located in a convenient area in Kilburn. I don’t give 5 stars because I believe its size should be bigger given the population it serves in the area.

I went here to renew my driving licence and ended having the worst experience I’ve ever had. I filed a formal complaint because they withheld my license from me illegally. Awful! stay clear of this place is definitely a franchise.
