I can't recommended this business, sorry. I would love to support my local companies, but you'd be better served elsewhere. One of the key problems is that only one person mans both the shop counter and the post office section. On top of that, their way of working is illogical. Today, the shopkeeper (who was very nice) conducted two long business calls while I and another customer waited. When I was finally seen to, he left me at the counter to do a stock check of alcohol (I just wanted to post a parcel)! I was embarrassed because a queue had built up outside the shop – the head of which must have assumed the random stock check was part of my request. I apologised to him and insisted I didn't know what was going on. I notified the shopkeeper that there was a long queue and he replied: 'Yes, but this is important.' When I exited, there were 7 people waiting. It's a shame because the shop is otherwise well stocked, clean and pleasant. Just bizarrely inefficient.

Horrible experience! The mind of the person working here changes depending on his mood! One day you can use the post office here in the evening, another day the same person cannot do it anymore... He can't speak english on top of everything. Has difficulties to understand simple questions.

A turtle, a three legged crab, slow moving lorries and Tufnell Park Post Office - what do they all have in common? That's right, they're slower than the British Government is in rolling out the Covid-19 vaccine. Went to post a parcel last week and was waiting for 45 minutes only to discover that there was one man operating tills and postal duties. Meanwhile, the bossman was in his car eating his lunch. I'd highly recommend taking the short trip to Archway where they have an excellent set-up with nice and efficient staff.

Post office website says it is open on Sunday till 3pm but they won’t accept parcels till Monday. Guy was nice about it but probably need to be more clear about that online.
