I went to pick up my package. No one wearing gloves or face masks although they wouldn’t touch the delivery ticket and asked me to bin it myself otherwise I won’t get my package with a patronising voice. Although they were absolutely fine touching my package without any care or safety (how many people sneezed or coughed all over?). Just another chance and excuse to treat people like rubbish whilst the same rules of safety applied to customers don’t apply to the staff. Disgrace
Staff are lovely but the place is well out of the way, down an obscure street miles away from anything worthwhile. An utterly terrible place for a delivery centre with a public office.
Why do they only open 2 hours a day? And they’re always so rude. Get good
Since I moved to N8 I had nothing but trouble with this sorting office. Always short of staff, mail delivered late. Now it's even worst. Waiting for important letter 2 weeks. Parcel over a week. Messy office.
Appalling phone customer service. 20 mins listening to the same classical piece of music. Absolutely ruined that composition for me. Best to go round there and converse in person with them, if they’re even there
