Like the other reviewer, I regularly get turned away from this post office. The timings online say one thing, but when I turn up, I am told it is closed and there are different timings on a piece of paper stuck up on the counter. The staff are lovely but agreement with the Post Office obviously needs a lot of work, especially since there is little space to accept larger parcels. This must be made absolutely clear on the website. Frustrating!!!!!

Don't go here. They substantially overcharge on Royal Mail standard pricing, which is now allowed.

Sorry to say this is a useless and rude post office branch (it is actually a food shop that also have a post office desk) Can’t leave parcels, any post service service is unavailable because.

Does this shop even want to be a post office? Today I was told that they do not have any stamps and that I should just go elsewhere. Other times I've been told that their post office till is being cashed up (much earlier than the time on the website) so I can't post anything. Do not even bother visiting this post office, chances are you'll walk away with your parcel/letter still in your hand.

I have been sent away from this post office so many times I'm no longer going to bother to go there. They often refuse to accept pre-paid Royal Mail parcels that need a print out, (claiming their printer doesn't work) they refuse to accept large parcels, saying they are too big. They often claim that the barcodes don't work yet when they are tried at another post office the barcodes are fine. They are beyond a joke and miserable staff to boot. I don't know how they got permission to be a Post Office with this behaviour. Luckily the PO's in Clifton Rd, or St. Johns Wood are much better and there are never any issues there.
