Not sure if it’s going on the weekend but it’s very busy on the week days
Nov 2020 update
Still very slow. Only one person working and about 20 customers on Friday afternoon of 19/11/20. More staff are needed. Also overcrowding and no social distancing during a pandemic is not good.

Very slow service. Need more staff or quicker staff. Only one person covering both digital and travel services.
Organised and reasonably quick from my experience. Note a number of things can be done more quickly using the machines and a person is always there to help use them.

Scammers - don't offer the cheapest delivery options. Manager cut across teller to say they effectively only have one delivery option (ParcelForce), coincidentally the most extortionately expensive of all. Meanwhile another, smaller post office on Edgeware Rd offered royal mail delivery at 2/3rds the price.
