Not a bad post office, it is small and in a busy area yet I never have had to wait long. Plus they have long opening hours.
Don't waste your time trying to use the passport photo machine. To start with, it's doesn't take card. In 2017. Neither does it give change (from that £10 note you've had to just go and get from a cash machine round the corner), and if THAT's not enough it doesn't even take £5 notes (that you've just had to go and get in exchange for the aforementioned tenner at the newsagent counter). To be fair, it just MIGHT take those new £1 coins, but I'd lost patience (and the will to live) before I got as far as trying that, so I'm not sure.

Should you really go to this post office? There are numerous other branches. Seriously, why? Ask yourself if it's absolutely, irrevocably and utterly necessary.
Horrible grumpy woman who treat customers with no respect at all!! Something has to be done with this woman! I went there to collect my BRP card but she treated me as I owe her something! Let alone her movement were comparable to the Sloth from Zootopia...
