The saying goes...have a bad experience and you will tell at least 10 people. Have a great experience and its likely you will tell no one. This seems to be the case across the internet and online reviews so I thought I would leave a positive review. Curzon avenue surgery has 1000s of satisfied patients but they are very unlikely to ever leave a review because the service is (in a nice way) taken for granted. I don't doubt the people here leaving 1 star reviews may be justified but they account for a small minority of the surgeries actual patients so the reviews here are very skewed in a negative manner. I have Been a Patient here for 25 years. The staff are very helpful and the Doctors very knowledgeable and I have been shown great empathy over the years by the surgery. The staff are incredibly hard working and the surgery is very popular so like many other surgeries it can be difficult at times to get a appointment. If it is serious the staff will always do their best to get you a appointment even if it means seeing a different Doctor. I have no hesitation in recommending this surgery as caring and professional. The practice manager is always available and very caring. Thanks C :)

My family have been patients here from when it first opened with Dr Love on board., having transferred from Eagle House on Ponders end high street. Some 30 years ago, we think ! We would not go anywhere else. Totally agree with lengthy recent review which starts ' So the saying goes...' Very positive and generally helpful reception staff. Dr Salhi particularly is empathetic and supportive of her patients. New on line appointments system is not the best, and needs tweaking to allow patients more ease of access to staff.

Extremely unhappy with the service - its like even if you’re dying they’ll ask for an econsult first. Just spoke to the receptionist, concerned for my mother’s health. Did the econsult and straight away referred to 111. Now waiting for a doctor to call us from 111. Don’t know why we are paying taxes honestly. For such poor service and poor care.

Although I am happy with 2 GP's at this practice, I feel that some of the staff at reception do let it down. They make it obvious they don't want to be working there. They speak to patients in a ruder way and patients who have language barriers are spoken to disgustingly. I have noticed that 2 Asian ladies are now working at reception and they are more polite. Its such a shame as this Surgery 20 years ago was the best in the area.

Called the surgery, straight away was told I was 6th in the queue, after one minute, then got told I was 5th, 19 mins later I am still 5th!!! Disgusting service, how can you still be in the same place in the queue 20 mins later, where are the staff????????????????????????????????
