Visited this store a couple of times now and both times we were greeted by Reece with a friendly welcome. He wasn't at all pushy but was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We purchased tiles with him last Sunday and left feeling so happy with the service received by him. What an asset to the team and we can't wait to get our tiles!

What a fantastic experience. The staff are so helpful and friendly . Nothing is too much trouble . The showroom is amazing and there is so much choice. We were struggling to get any tiles on time and they even sorted delivery and brought the day forward to help us out. We would definitely recommend and will be back to complete another bathroom Well done to Gary and the team!!!!!!

Excellent service from Reece in the Preston store. We have used Tile Giant twice this year and, both times, Reece was very helpful, patient and informative. This was all done without us feeling pressured; he just wanted us to be happy with our final choice. Thank you! Would definitely recommend Tile Giant and, in particular, Reece.

Extremely helpful! I can in to your store on due to a recommendation from my mother in-law, Reece gave fabulous service, my mother in law said that he gave her the exact same level of customer service even though she was only spending around £100 pounds, he will be going far! Tiles are up no and are stunning! Thanks Reece!

Excellent customer service. Reece was extremely helpful. We had found a suitable tile in there competitors but thought we would check tile giant. We received the nicest welcome and where not pressured at all. We where left to our selves to browse but at the same time felt like nothing was too big of an ask for Reece. He answered all our questions and even made us aware of a of an issue we might face if we approached the ruling the way we had planned. He found cost effective ways to find a solution and once we left the store my husband and I both decided that we had more faith in tile giant and there knowledge so will return for your tiles when ready. Thank you!
