Arguably one of the most unhelpful service shops in whole UK. Post office is only open between hours of 10-4 (or at shop keepers discretion) and they also have hour which they close. When I went there they said 1-2pm however when I returned this had been changed to 2.30pm. Two elderly people waiting patiently which he completely ignored while chatting up a girl. No masks being worn and everything just a hassle for him. Sent package overseas and he didn't have customs sticker or anything for sending it over. I doubt it will get there. If only there was a post office closer I would go. My advice to the guy go to university and get a degree that means you can have a job you might actually enjoy and then if you might be able to afford the girl you were chatting up 😉

One of the worst place to go - pathetic service, no sense of customer focus. Total shame on the community and creates helplessness for the population that require this service. Multiple complaints made to post office but clearly no change. VERY POOR and the family running this DONT CARE!

Having given it multiple chances I have to agree with every other review in that this is a truly dreadful post office, never open and the guy at the desk has zero customer service skills (or Covid awareness!). No wonder Jeff Bezos is doing so well....

Post Office? Really? I stopped going there as this place is a joke. I now go to West Ealing as that is a professionally run Post Office which closes at 5:30

Post office doesn't work. They open as they fit, there is a lunch hour which changes every day and they delete negative comments here. All reported to Post Office head office. The boy who works in the shop and his mates harassed me as to why I wear a mask IN the shop while they were maskless.
