I went few days ago to royal mail. To ask about my parcel. Donka the lady who work there help me and support me to find my lost parcel . She is so proffessional and welcoming.

Awful delivery office with atrocious delivery drivers. Drivers just throw things in the corridor and don't deliver to flats, staff lie and I have been struggling to get a refund for a product that was "delivered" to me, which it wasn't. This is what happens when you drivers don't do their job properly and card places. They used to just card when people weren't in but now they just throw peoples parcels in a communal corridor or to the wrong building.

Received a blue card in the mail and went to collect my parcel. They said they've lost it, a manager will call me. They asked me to write my number on the back of a used piece of paper on a notepad. It's been more than a week and still no call. I have no idea what or who this parcel is from, as their card does not have any details from sender on it and using the reference they could not tell me more. The customer service was not very friendly and the followup (as promised) has been non-existent. I understand Christmas is a difficult and busy period, but kindness is free.

Delivery was due on the 4th December, text received saying to expect delivery, perfect. It is now the 12th December. I have spent a total of 3 hours on hold (3 occasions, 1 hour each time) and each time I have been told that the item is still at the Acton Delivery Office and that it may be delivered at some time in the future. My package has been at the Acton Delivery Office since the 3rd December with delivery due "at some point". (It was meant to be delivered on the 4th). Plus side: Royal Mail Customer Service on the phone are absolutely lovely and super helpful. Each time they have emailed the Acton Delivery Office to try and rearrange delivery or arrange for collection. Unfortunately the Acton Delivery Office has not responded to their latest email.
