I'm very surprised at all the negative reviews. Since working from home which started in March I use this post office on a weekly basis as I have to post a lot for work. Yes, there were long queues during the height of the pandemic but that was expected. I always find the staff kind, efficient and helpful. It must have been a stressful experience for them when the queues were so long, sitting inside there with no natural light, not seeing the end of the queue. And about not wearing gloves, I saw them wearing them sometimes but I probably would take them off after a while, it must be a nightmare working with paper in gloves. Anyway, I always have nice experience.

Moving out of the area I'm going to miss this Post Office. Always polite, helpful, always find me the best deal on any postal item whether I ask for it or not. Frankly puzzled by some of the reviews and, though I don't review often, I feel that my experience and the bad reviews don't add up. Please try for yourself and make up your own mind.

I have recently discovered this Post Office during the lock down and I have been going there several times to post small items or return purchases. While I must admit that the two men behind the counter are not the happiest bunnies I ever come across I find that the fact I don't have to queue for ages makes me happy enough. One thing I would change is that the Café owner could turn on the extractor fan while he is frying 😐 but again it is a minor issue for me. Overall the service is fast and the wait very reasonable.

Visited the Post Office this morning and despite the queue being 20 deep at 9.00am the two guys were smiling and more than happy to help. With shops closing this service is in huge demand and I think they are doing a cracking job...👏🏼👏🏼

I've used this local post office for many years. I've always found the staff pleasant and helpful. Couldn't do without this service and so handy.
