NEVER picks up the phone. not ONCE! I understand you are busy, we all are, but have the decency to pick up the phone a few times when people are calling desperate to find out information about something posted with your office.

The largest post office in the area since the closure of the main post office on Acton High Street. No long queues like with some of the smaller branches.

Extremely helpful and patient staff - the first Post Office I have ever been to when I didn't get moaned at even once for sending ten packages at a time. Would strongly recommend for small business owners who use Royal Mail.

Usually I'd give this post office a good review but they show as open and are closed yet again. It would be good if they'd put up a notice to say correct opening times right now and when closed where neatest open post office is instead.
