They complain about their system’s fault to me. Get your system engineer work!
The cheat on the opening time, they have temporary time since one year, they supposed to open till 4pm! They work only 2 hours per day.. seriously! Just stay closed and that's it! Useless
They are absolutely disgusting and not sure what use they are to the public. Don’t have your delivery there are no regards for customers. The worst branch in Uk
I've had two packages sent to me in the past month and both weren't delivered. One was recorded and tracking says it was delivered but it wasn't, been home every day and it wasn't. The other one never showed up. Tried calling no answer, the answerphone message cuts off halfway through and hangs up and they haven't replied to my emails or online forms. Reckon someones stealing and there's no way to get in contact with anyone. So bad. Royal Mail got privatised and at some point in the near future it'll be going bust.
