They accepted my return parcel and then they said it cannot be processed, so I am going home with my parcel noticing only an hour later that the return actually went through in the Royal Mail app track and trace but they couldn’t print me the label so they send me home. I come back asking to print the label, initially they don’t have a printer working but then suddenly it works and they charge 1,00£ for a paper copy. Worst customer service in the history.

Countless times they have tried to overcharge me. Normally I am able to stop them and correct them for the parcel service I require. But today when they put through the wrong postage it was already processed and I was told it couldn't be changed and therefore was overcharged. Not a happy customer, this service needs to be reviewed.

Don’t send your parcels here, they completely rip you off and charge way more than any other Royal Mail post office. Literal scammers. They exploit people who don’t know the actual price of a tracked Uk parcel and charge upwards of £7.

They will rip you off ! They overcharged me for posting a small parcel. I did notice that they have an unbelievable low rating from customers before I set off, but as it was near closing time, I didn't want to get there too late. Now I see that others have also complained about them charging higher prices than any other office. AVOID!

I've always had good service here. Sending Christmas parcels, the weighing and labelling was going to take a fair amount of time. The post office worker asked me for a deposit, and to come back for the receipt the next day. When I returned the next day, he handed me my receipt and some money back, as the total came to less than the deposit. This is not the first time they've been super helpful at this branch.
