The place is a mess, lack of stock and overcharging prices, £3,99 for a large envelope where in poundland it's 3 for £1. It's 9:15 and the office is still closed when apparently it's opening from 9:00. They need to improve their service.
Correction: Now it's 9:30 and still not opened. Great!
They are overcharging probably everyone here.
Happened to me to pay £7 for sending a simple envelope because the guy added a special delivery stamp without asking me if I want to. And when I mentioned it, he said it is "required". Meanwhile, something similar happened to another person at the desk nearby.
Avoid if you can. Or just pay more than you actually should.
Never opened on time. Bad service.
