Terrible customer service, people in the local community have been complaining to the Post Office about the management and staff that currently work there, but the PO have taken no action yet. Stay clear until under new management. If anyone receives any form of abuse from anyone at this Post Office then simply call the local police and report the postmaster for affray. Don't be afraid to do so. When there are enough cases legally documented then we can take further action. I have contacted my local MP but all he had done is contact the Post Office and left them to deal with it. Even so, this matter will be dealt with, as I will not stand aside and let people in my local community be treated like this. The Post Master thinks that he is a bad man … well, justice will prevail.

I feel that some negative reviews are fair. Some have unreasonable requests. In my experience it has been a good service and helped me out with delivering parcels.

If I could give the staff here zero stars I would! I tried topping up my elderly mothers electricity and the “owner” refused as I had my fold up bike with me. Even after explaining my lock had just been stolen they still refused. This is the most disgusting customer service I have witnessed in a long time especially considering this is the only place lo at to my mothers where she can top up her electricity.

There's a lot of very unfair and inaccurate reviews posted here. These guys are great and it's a great little post office with good service and long opening hours.

-0 stars Like possibly the worst post office in London. The staff are so rude and loud and abusive. Pls get new respectable staff.
