Not sure why this place has such a low rating. The queue was lining the street but they managed to have the line move quickly. Service was good, friendly and quick. Definitely a lot better than other places around.

Its a real shame this once wonderful post office is now being dragged down the gutter. My experience was to say the least, shocking, deceit, lies, rudeness, arrogance, don't care attitude, my package was thrown back at me and I was asked to effing leave. The staff who run this post office and shop shouldn't be allowed to do so. They think its their right to be unprofessional and arrogant to who whoever walks into their premises. The Queens Post Office is no more a Royal service, but a service to be forgotten about the minute you leave the shop. I have been posting there for 10 years, sadly I will never ever return.

Staff are unhelpful, rude, unprofessional and far from customer friendly. Went to verify myself via post office and the lady was too busy on her phone the first time that she told me she's unable to scan the barcode and needed a printed version. She also Informed me i had to pay £25 , and when I informed her it was actually £23 and paid for already she was taken aback and carried on with her phone. When returning apparently paper work was incorrect although it clearly stated they want the 3 document. Left in the end with nothing being solved and as I didn't want to be as rude as she was I left. Plan to make an offical complaint as this is not the first time i have experiences such unprofessionalism from this place.

Not very friendly staff. Most days have grumpy faces on. Seems like they do not enjoy helping. Very busy, some days need to wait even outside the shop. This is my local post office within walking distance, but some days I drive to another post office to avoid coming here, how unpleasant :( sad

Went to Isleworth Post Office yesterday to post a parcel. The return parcel is connected with eBay and they sent me a returns bar code label. This post office refused to return it saying there was no QR? code on the parcel. I then contacted eBay and explained the problem i had with returning the parcel. eBay then told me that the QR!!! code is above the standard barcode which it is. Well then tell me why? the Isleworth post office have a problem with this?. The customer service here is appalling sometimes and the staff can be rude ...
