Royal Mail Hammersmith Delivery Office

TO: Management of this Delivery Office + Royal Mail Head Office. 1) OPENING TIMES on Google totally wrong - eg: Mon -Tue opening until 10pm Wed closed - totally wrong - UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION online regularly, to avoid customers to turn up at unavailable time/information. 2) CLEANLINESS of the collection window/room a disgrace - posters out of date on display - old tape, blue tag, dirt, dust cobwebs all over - IMPROVEMENT of HOUSEKEEPING/CLEANLINESS FRONT OF HOUSE. 3) CUSTOMER SERVICE I experienced and be witnessing while queueing at this office through the years have been INEXISTENT. Unpleasant, miserable, no communication some kind of growling between teeth (unless you are Calum Best collecting his parcels, suddenly you are able to see some service and live in the staff members behind the window, but do not last long disappeared after his departure!!!?? why?). Maybe the 4 regular member of staff working behind the window should go outside on the delivery route with their colleagues: foot n driver postmen/women (polite, helpful, professional). REMEDIES retrain of what is customer service and learn from her work colleagues outside in the streets. So why did I give 2 Stars - because ONLY ONE of the four is only pleasant, smile when on duty AND the POSTMEN/WOMEN/DRIVERS safe the day for this Delivery Office on a daily basis. HOPE to see some improvements in 2021, because it has been an ongoing matter through the years.

I had an experience with a parcel delivery I thought had gone missing. After speaking with one of the managers (Michael), he contacted the delivery driver on my behalf and helped me track down my item. He was so fantastic and helpful. Very much restored my faith in the post office!

Useless - no mail in three weeks... Absolutely useless. You shouldn't have a monopoly, there should be alternatives.

Bad service. They never leave a note if they left the package at a different address. We have to go and ask the nearest offices where our parcel was delivered. It affects the business.

Bunch of thieving, rogues who will steal from you at any given chance. Here is their hustle:you collect an item with a card. If for any reason, you leave another other parcel at the office whilst collecting and signing for another, it will show up later as signed for. I have lost 4 parcels in this way. I have argued with the manager about the constant theft happening there. Word of advice: make sure you collect all parcels and never sign for one and leave any there. Not all of them are thief's but quite a few. The large guy (who wears a cap) who is mainly at the reception is a thief and will steal from you at any given opportunity. Please beware, that you need to sign and collect all parcels that are left there and collect all at once. If not, it will go missing and some thief/royal mail employee will say it was collected.
